If you would like to see a Top Eleven style game for another sport what would it be?

LOL... For a bit of fun and we all know how successful this game we play despite all the BS that goes on...

For me, It would probably have to be Cricket, Be funny having text commentry for a T20 Cricket game, where players hit 4's and 6's and you can have a 6* wicket keeper and 7* all round batsman and bowler and every player would have to have the choice of effectively batsman/bowler/all rounder with many players having different fielding positions assigned to them. Personally for me I'm more of a Cricket person than Football.

You could have text commentry like...

"Anderson to bowl to Tendulkar"
"Tendulkar has miss hit it"
"But it still goes for a 4"

OR

"Broad to bowl to Dravid"
"There appealing for LBW"
"The umpire has given it OUT"

OR

"Panesar bowls it"
"Dhoni hits it"
"The fielder throws for the stumps"
"Is it a run out?"
"What does the video referee say?"
"OUT"

OR

"It's McGrath to bowl..."
"Gayle is on strike"
"He has hit that one a mile, Thats a SIX"

At least with Cricket, the game can still be called... Top Eleven Cricket, since Cricket teams also play with 11 players.

Point given!!!

Federer with a powerful return

Federer makes a fantastic volley
Point for Federer! Murray had no chance of returning that!

The only problem is with Tennis its more of an individual sport (or doubles) where as Cricket is another team sport that can be used. Other than that your looking at Rugby Union, Rugby League, Baseball, Ice Hockey perhaps?
