Yesterday I had the first troll result of the season.
I was in some vacation and couldn't watch my League game.
Oppo wasn't present either but had the luck on his side.
He 's first now but not for long (I hope :rolleyes: )

My first 2 loses this season and both were important matches...club 1/4 and league match for first place in league...well in league im not so worried cuz opponent have only hard fixtures left and I got the easy one left till 1/2

Poor guy callum dominant in his league is getting trolled by weaker teams in champions league.
His two rivals LouisSg and Fasho is weak in chl groupstage
First game he lost to me
Second game he drew to Fasho who is the weakest!
Third changed a few things grew confident beat Louis 6-1 expected dominance.
Fourth game he got beat 3-1 by louis! He is trolled bad (I think he went inactive rage quitting).
Its almost certainly over because I thumped him 6-0 in his 5th game (6 games in chl groupstage). Louis has more wins than callum and if louis beats fasho then callum is out
Its a miracle! Fasho beats louis. Means Callum has a chance to qualify.( I hope callum comes back from rage quitting)

I won a triple last season. This season I'm using exactly the same tactics but haven't bought any tokens. Average quality 119.8%.
I was knocked out of the Cup in the round of 32, demoted to the Super League from the Champions league in the group stage, and am in 8th place in the league.
Only 2 teams in the league have a higher quality than me. What an absolute joke.

So nope, th situation is not the same exactly, a single player can change part of the whole team dynamic. Is a matter of internal roles of contribution/calibration.
I would like to know the difference betwen you and these 2 better teams, and if you use the same 11 just with a new younger.

Here are some recent results just from this season.
Exhibit 1 : Me: 115.4%; opponent: 109.7%. Full condition, top morale, all 10% bonuses. Both managers present. Result: loss 0:6.
Exhibit 2: me same as above, opponent: 106.7%. First game: I'm present, he is not - loss 1:3; 2nd game - both present; loss 1:2
Exhibit 3: me same as above, opponent: 83.9%. I'm present, plus one supporter; he is not.1:1.
Exhibit 4: me same as above, opponent 95.9%, not present. 1:1.
Exhibit 5: me same as above, opponent 106.2, not present. Loss 1:3
Exhibit 6: opponent 99.4%, not present. 1:1.
After about 5 years with this game, I can surely say that it's much closer to slot machine than most people think, and all these formations, sideline orders, condition, morale, etc etc, have only entertainment value.
(The quality percentages of the teams are what T11 shows as of today, it apparently does not capture them at the time of the game and in all history games shows today's values; but it's safe to assume that the gaps were comparable)
@ vad you are old player but maybe missed some episodes.
Always check besides the overall quality of the two teams, the white skills of oppo players.
There are mutants or semi-mutant players who rule the game lately.

In this game there is little consideration of the midfield, the nerve sector of football.
I see teams with 1 midfielder or not that won easily many matches. It is a horror that exists only in this game.
A few days ago I played against a weaker opponent (almost 15%), I was winning 3-0; in the last minutes he put 4 strikers and only 1 midfielder, he scored 2 goals, match finished 3-2.
It's ridicolous, but this is only an example, I would have many others.
Teams with 2 defenders, teams with 1 midfield...bah.
I would like to ask programmers to restore importance to the midfield, but I know it's time lost.
Other example is red cards. Often teams that remain in 10 have less difficulties than when they were 11, just put very defensive and often win.
It must not be a written rule that defending with the less man is always winning.
When my opponents remains in 10, I worry because the game becomes more difficult, even if I'm already winning
CL Semifinal before 5 mins. First match we won 1-3. I thought i ll have an easy afternoon but Nordeus had other opinion about the final winner. I think the grade 10 of his 2 star AML (3 goals today) and the 8 from his 3 star GK, says it all. We lost 0-3. That hurts. A lot.

Losing with two goals to this guy wouldn't qualify as a troll result but with those figures perhaps. 4-2 lead into late 4-6 defeat. Meanwhile the guy who was 2nd a point behind me scored a late winner in his game.
