Hey guys! I just wanted to get your feedback from this player. I wanna know what you think..If he's a future star or should i sell him and buy a different player?

If he doesnt reach "scout" lvl before the next season I would suggest you to sell him. There will be a lot of youngsters (5*) on the TM at the beginning of the new season (which is next week).
