I notice that when I try to sell a player on transfer market, a counter decreased from 4 minutes to zero... but if the player wasn't sold, the counter will reset to 4.00 min again and will repeat the sequence until the player is sold, ... are you aware of this situation?

yes, I notice it too. Looks like its a new system to sell our players, timer keep resetting.
