Improving an AMC player?

Hello, Greetings from Turkey,
I have just bought this player from the auction as a result of a very high bidding and I want to improve him as much as possible so I can mostly benefit from him. I searched about improving this kind a player through the forum but could not find a decent and helpful topic concerning this. Then I want to ask you about how to improve a youngstar AMC(will generally be used on this position, not as ST), which skills should be highlightened and increased by training and about how much green packs are spent at least to be sufficient? Thanks in advance.

It really doesn't matter, does it? I don't think the stats actually affects the results of matches...
