I was suggesting the new players but there might be other reasons for your bad start such as formation and training daily ... but I assume that you are an experienced managers so I don't want to go through them ...

Dont buy scout ... they suck . I tried 3 of them and watched the perfomance of other scout players in other teams and realized that they are not super powerful except just few of them..... Use the tokens to buy 18-20 years old players from auction instead of those above 25 y.o players because it seems that the new system prefers young players ( two competitions so far were based on youngsters )...

The game is based on changing blood every two - three years. That's why they created the auction and filled it with players on daily basis... they want managers to use the tokens to buy new ones ...
