Maybe you will not be present, abandon your team, but your opponents (or left friends) still can see your team, your name or your fb profile picture.
And your team will continue playing from this lv with old 2-3* players, some times promote, some times not.
You can have your account permanently deleted with your specific permission and request, Kevin. To do that you have to contact our support team and let the guys know. :)
To contact support just open the app and tap/click the "?" button next to settings.

I have had so many in-game friends who have been removed after being absent for more than 3 seasons and then automatically removed from my list. Aren't their teams deleted? What happens if they log in after that happens.
