The results of the matches are more like pre-determined anyway. Nordeus can improve the draw or makes things appear more fair, but it will only be visually as the unfair will be there but hidden. For me, as time has gone, more and more matches (not only those of associations) seemed to be predetermined or outcomes calculated or fixed way earlier or teams given significant, but hidden advantages or disadvantages way earlier (as early as at the start of the season itself for some competitions). It is as if the 'plague' has spread to the other competitions. Like I said many times, the main problem in this game is not about winning or losing, but how someone wins or loses. A plausible reason would be that the company have made adjustments to reduce the amount of processes on servers, hence reducing load and thus less requirements and costs, especially after the addition of associations which logically will add significant load on the servers and hence will require more resources. Clearly, matches are no longer simulated the way they used to be during a period (first half of last year). Some adjustments were done last year itself, just that many did not notice it. Now, it seems that some forum users have noticed about those things. So, it is about business (profit and loss) just as the recent update too. What can I say? It is how this world has been running for years and it still running this way these days.
BTW, there might be worst than what you got in terms of draws. Some people have been victims of associations that manipulate the draw (1-2 teams with 8-9 stars players, and the other teams are of low quality, and then they make use of loans to significantly up the quality of those lower-quality teams , or those teams that buy 5-star players after each tournament draw and sell them after the tournament ends.)
On the other side, it is hard and in fact impossible to be drawn against exact quality teams or team having close qualities each time. The game tries to make tournaments with things matched as close as possible. You got that explanation from Moi once if I am not mistaken.
