Again, as we said yesterday me and Nik, the game don't works like this, as you need to stay in the same server to buy players from negotiations been friends or not.
Is not posible to do a thread with a real time market for the game limitations, so I will suggest you to create a teamshowcase thread and write there your experience as manager, and have as mnay managers have here a own space where others can know more of your team and way to manage.
