I've been thinking about this for a couple of days, but still haven't done the math. But I think your proposal to spend 5 tokens and then train to 120% may be false economy bearing in mind the scarcity of free video ads and the exchange rate of tokens for rest packs.
Anybody want to do the calculations for me?
