If I go with 451 flat.. Defensive, long passing, mixed, counter attack, low pressure, man to man, offside trap off.. Will it be fine?

Or attacking mentality that u mentioned above works better? I rarely play attacking so I dont have much idea about it..

sory for the late reply. if i play that formation i set attacking, mix or short passes and i always play high pressing regardless what formation.
