how often do wages get paid?

I have a 3 year contract on my MC and he has a wage of 340k. when the season ends, do i have to pay the wage at the end of the season along with the rest of my players or do I pay it after 3 years? confused, i am noobie.

You pay daily wages.. If you go to TE, then Menu>Finances and you can see how much money you pay daily to your players..
