My quality at the end o season 2 was about 26. Now I'm aiming for 30 by the start of season 3 and maybe like 32-33 by the end.

No I don't. I complete offers from sponsors and I'm on an old server so I can get good 5* players

and how many tokens can i afford to lose on one5 star player?

For me it doesn't matter. The younger the better but if you don't have much tokens you can by good 5* older players.. My midfield has 5 29 year old players that were 5* but they grew to 6* naturally.
