Well i think around 30 for season 3 should be quite decent, as for players it will also depends on your budget. If you are lucky you might find some 5* player in the transfer market for 1 token. But please refrain from buying in the first few days of the season as you will see many mad manager buying players at exorbitant price. Let the market cool down then go for your players. Good luck
