Nice. My scout list was poor, only one worthwhile considering was a 23yr old DC at Q49. Rest were too old or ones I don't really need in those positions.

Yeah, I'm having luck with the scout list this season: Purchased 8 scouts just in 3 days! My goal is to PT all scouts to 7* the first 4 days and then let them progress to become a 8* during the season with normal training. With this kind of "philosophy" I will still have "world class" (7*) players for the next season.

Previous season was pretty bad&poor for me as well. Bought just 1 scout during the entire season (22yr old AMC with SA). So yeah, it "comes and goes" I guess..

You will soon find that 7* players bought from scout don't grow that fast naturally.

Yeah, I'm aware of that. Also, noticed that my 24yr old GK (7*) trains way faster then my 22yr old scout (7*). Have a couple of green packs left to spend on the last 2 scouts, then I will close my wallet for this season and see where life takes me.

i noticed the same: my 25 yo old scout DC callaghan Q 39 trains faster (almost 50%) than my two 20 yo Q40.

Seems to be random or something like that. It should be "vice-versa" and not the other way around. Also, my younger players (18yr old ST and 19yr old MC) gets way lower ratings then my 22yr old MC and 24yr old GK (despite the fact that their value are x2 or x3 higher).
