Is my ST a fast trainer?

I bought a 18 y/o ST/AML of 95% quality. Used 51 rest packs to give him SA and trained him to 99% quality. But after having 6 star quality, he gains just 3 skills for average condition loss of 17%. I used 23 rest packs to increase his quality from 100% to 103%.I used Speed Dribbling + Shooting Technique to power train him.

How many rest packs do we need to power train a FT from 6 star to 7 star quality? Is my ST a Fast Trainer or not?

(I know that there is a specific thread for this kind of query but i did not get proper answer in that thread)

With all due respect to your answers, my question is not related to SA. I just want to know whether my striker is FT or not.

Why don't you read guides before asking questions?

As I mentioned before, I tried to read a a guide named "Guide for Fast Trainers". I read about 10-13 pages but could not find the answer.

And I think you know the answer. Instead of asking a question, it would be really helpful if you answered my question and saved our time.

Sure, I will help. Give me his Value and Overall quality and I'll tell if he is FT or not.

it's good to keep a pic of the player with the first numbers (value, wage).

+3 skills is good (but not the top).
You 'll need about 90 greens to make him 7*

Also keep in mind that fast trainers aren't guaranteed to be good players on the pitch no matter their skills. They will save you some tokens thou since that guy will stay in your team for 5 seasons or more if you know how to manage him.
