tactics/formations aren't effective anymore

The new tactics update is confusing. When you want to sub and your looking at the pitch of players. All you see is the player’s # but no name.
So u have to revert back to see the list of players with there name & # to make sure you correctly sub the right player.

That amount of time to find the sub player the game could be over & cost you the game.
