Investigation requested on some top Associations

I suspect re-selling (by money?) of some of the top 10 associations of the world, although I have no proof

Reason? Strange to see several associations all with same name

Apart from the first at the world (#2G88LL) "Jerusalem is Palestine" whose members seemed a bit more loyal to the association , others are deeply changed:
