Is it better to train 2 112% players at once to upgrade them to 120 or one by one ?

2) both must be trained? untill what %?

There is no "classness" of fast-trainers. And none of the players you posted are FT.
Train the guy who plays better. Or whom you need more. If both of them are the same, train the younger one.
I train up to 120%.
