Why My Tl was suck?

In my server the tl was suck.. I cannot found 5* players.. If I found it I have to prepare my tokens because it's gonna be tokens war... I'm in lvl 4 now.. Any suggestion from any masters here?

It seems like there are two separated TLs when server reopens.

One is full of 18-19 yo 4* players close to 5*

One is full of (crap) 18-19 yo 3* players close to 4*, or basic 4*.

If you're lucky, you get n1 or else you get the ****tier second one. Either way you need to wait most of the timers on the one you get before refreshing and getting a new list, which usually is a misc of the two. If you are seeking players now, after maint is the right time.

i cant even see 4-star players on my transfer list since the new season began. Awesome. All i see are crap 3-star players that won't help me win my cup/cl/league games.

Season 4 is gonna be bad
