Cheating? Or Am I missing something?

Hi to everyone. I'm playing Top Eleven since last November. Actually I'm playing my third season.
Yesterday I was looking for a new player for my team, when I saw this strange thing.
I followed the auction of this GK:



I looked at the GK abilities BEFORE he was bought:



He has an overall of 34.

I waited for the last seconds, the last offer where set by this player (karl):



He won the auction. Immediately afther the auction ended, I looked the "karl"'s team, and I found the GK he have just won. But the GK abilities were extremely higher than before! See the image below:






How is it possible that the GK passed from 34 to 49 of overall value in just ONE SECOND?
I checked many other times, and this strange thing happens very often...
Is cheating or I'm missing something???

With the new transfer market, from July 2017 if I remember well, every level see the same players

Ok, I understand. But why the player stats increase so much in just one second? Only because It's 3 levels above me? It means that if I buy a player of 21 o overall, it became 31 (the mean value of my team)?

Find his association and look at the goalkeepers skill stats there.
See the difference?
Plus 3 levels, plus 60%.

The stats doesn't increase in one second, they are always the same, but the team +3 levels from you so +60% at all abilities

I don't understand why cheating/hacking is the first option for those who post this kind of threads (or different lv/date managers or qualification in CH.L. groups or CH.L./ Cup +1 draw)
than the "I don't understand how it is work" option

A sad reflection on the human race in the 21st century. I too would think "cheat" before "I don't understand".
