to declare the winners in the 2nd round I will use, not a system of points or so, basically there are 5 criterias that allow me to choose
winners, or one winner ( criterias written in the last thread) so, basically, the way to decide who wins the country is a mix between, check out the criteria used to decide the winners in the 1st round, and check then the criteria used-needed to select winners in the 2nd round, then first of all I will give more value to the criteria's rank (1 to 5).

So, if in the 1st round, the participants guess a score exactly, ( criteria 1) means that, the attack will be stronger, and almost definitive, cause will be difficult in the 2nd round, catch a score again.
Ex now with the fight for Portugal, Macedonia is the absolute favourite, as guessed a score in 2nd place. So if the criteria needed is the 2nd-5th then will be done.

If, the used criteria is the 1st, cause Italy and Japan guess a score but Macedonia don't, Macedonia will sum +5 (if dont guess score in 4 attempts) so, +2+5= +7,,, Italy and Japan have a +4 so, in this situation they will need to have the score in 2nd place to win +4+2=+6 (lower ratio) a 3rd place would mean defeat as +4+3= 7 but Macedonia have +2+5(+5 supposed) so the +2 would win.

If the fight for Georgia, criteria 2, needs a worst one criteria in 2nd round to declare a winner, the 2nd will have more strength, if someone guess a score (1st crit*) will have more value.
