New update, new bug?

I don’t even know what to say about this. I watched the match and it ended 3-3.

However, after the match ended, it registered it as a 3-1 win to my opponent, even though you can quite CLEARLY see that I’ve scored the goals in the match report. Should have ended 3-3 right? I even watched my players score the goals.

I’m starting to get sick and tired of these bugs. I want some compensation for this madness.

Do you go to the Home screen and back during the match to refresh statistics?

yes, as Toxcatl said that's an old bug, phantom goals, a "hidden" connection loss.
yes, it's the worst bug of the game.

Typical error of nordeus ... the truth has not yet happened to me this type of errors, but mother mine the anger that would have if this happens to me ...

I thought maybe ghost goals as well but you can clearly see in the stats that both teams have scored 3 goals. So how can the game engine calculate 3-1?
Nonetheless I would feel robbed if that happened to me. What a gut-wrenching bug that is.

Thankyou for the replies everyone. I’ve contacted support and understand it’s a known bug through a number of replies, appreciate the feedback!

Thought I’d give a little more details though. How do you know you’ve dropped the connection? Usually a little reconnecting thing comes up whilst watching the game, but on this occasion nothing happened. Also,the subs I made in the game didn’t even come up in the final report so that was another thing to note. I also didn’t leave the match, I always watch it for the full 90 mins.

from your side, the only thing you can do is to reconnect and log again few min before your game.
