When you chose Play as A Guest, didn't you assigned a Facebook account (in your case) to that Play as Guest account? Otherwise no idea what to tell you then to contact the support team.

Now, I already contact to Nordeus Support Team via Khris link( I don't see any 'contact us' link in game).
How many days will it take to get an answer or get real help (normally)?
It is possible to continue playing game with this account as a guest? (May be I will connect it with my Google+ account later).
Will my FB profile be permanently deleted in game?

From few hours to 1,2 days I guess but usually whenever I wrote them I got an answer in couple of hours.
Can't tell you as I don't really know what's your account issue and regarding your account from Facebook, yes, if you do not log at all in game for a certain period of time your account would be permanently deleted. Feel free to ask the support team also how long it takes.

I don't get the point of your question.
My case; As I already explained above!
I just touch the "+" button with the intention to add in-game friend (not FB fri, only TE friends). *I didn't touch anything like " connect with Facebook/ Log in with FB".
But, the game directly connect to my Facebook and use all my FB profile without asking any confirmation like, " Do you really want to connect" or something like "Yes/No".
