Guys, maybe this issue has been discussed several times in other topic, but i have no time e patience to dig the forum searching for it.
I read somewhere that repeating the same drill more than twice in the same training session (the 6 spots), decrease the efficiency of the drill. Is that true?
I mean, if that's true, the gk training method wouldn't be so efficient. Did someone test to train a player with the same drill on the 6 spots several times and what was the result? Hope that my doubt could be useful to other managers.
