Abnormalities in the transfer market????

hello managers, can it be that the offer in the transfer market has become worse??? In my view the supply of players is not so good anymore low quality.... does anyone have similar experiences???

It's the 3rd-4th week of the season so I don't look at all the market.
But the first week I bought my players was ok.

I have noticed that the quality x volume of players seems to drop a little during the season but I usually have my squad settled by the end of the first week so its not a real problem for me.
