!!!!problem with the training of players!!!!

Dear (многие бы написали факед, но мы все же культурные люди) developers explain what happened to the training - is it another bug on your part or is it a server update about which you forgot to notify ????

Some players do not get skills during training, and some get, understand by what "rule" this happens is almost impossible (as is the case when the special ability is not trained by some player)

0% gaining? and are not skills that achieved the 340% max. cap?... or maybe old players that train slow so, need more trainings to win skill points?....¿?

Yes like khris said old players train slowly by default, including when you train a special ability.

There is a problem indeed whith the training(or something has changed),i had 3 players for physical&mental and after at least 10 sets of long run none of them got any skill point,only when i used a very hard drill (Sprint) they got normally the skills points.

Got an answer from Support...ok they don't play the game,they don't know what to say...by them ,it seems that i must add more and different drills for a player to develop faster...
Now, i will kindly ask one of the Admins:
-how is it possible that after 20 sessions of Long Run drill with 3 players they got 0 (zero) skills points?(they are under 24yo,116%-124% quality,none of them over 340%)
-a day before this happened, they were getting 1% fitness and 1%speed each of them after every sesion (Long Run)
Ps I have over 20 screenshots (sent them to Support too but...)
