Are there any hidden parameters of the player - "experience" (for example) we can not know. but the fact that a player with the same light skills (at 18 and 22 years) at 22 years will play better than 18 years is a fact. For farmer same players, this jump in several seasons occurs in the process of training and selling to the upper levels.
