This is a game first of all. Real football is another thing. There are a lot of variables that are not considered in this game like player interactions and a lot of tactical things. There are better football managing games(like football manager for ex.) better than this and more near to real coaching.
This game is tactically too much limited and outdated, for example : the tipe of marking, in real football you can have mixed tipe of marking like position-oriented or ball-oriented zonal marking, space-oriented zonal marking, cover shadows.... and lot more things.
If you want to train in real you need to study and you will reach your goal, i wish you good luck

I think you definitely can! Mourinho start his career playing TOP Eleven now he is a real life Football manager. He is a very heavy token buyer that like to whine.
