Yes, if you train it with GK exercises it's faster than before. And if you train the low skills, it's faster too. (I think with the low % is the fastest way, not 100% sure).

So now I'm sorry for being such a great trainer, lol, my key players have all the white skills over 200%, still applies what you said?

I use to buy 3 stars players FT, and when they are 20 or 21,they have their gray skills at 1% and the white at more of 200%
