Yes, if you train it with GK exercises it's faster than before. And if you train the low skills, it's faster too. (I think with the low % is the fastest way, not 100% sure).

I use to buy 3 stars players FT, and when they are 20 or 21,they have their gray skills at 1% and the white at more of 200%
