Yes; there are two BIG problems in my opinion.

1) often when a team remains in 10, it seems that the game becomes more difficult for the team in 11, expecially if manager of other team isn't present.
2) manager absent. The game engine should penalize absent manager; often I have bonus 15% for my friends, but it seems that it does not matter, it's irrilevant if opponent manager is absent. You can change tactic, orders, but there is no effect in the game.
These are old problems, but Nordeus isn't interested in this.

There is no proven correlation between offside trap and speedy defenders. Even in real life football playing the offside trap requires good positioning and communication skills, speed is not needed.

It's easy. look at the white skills of your players these are his essential skills, and look for a drill that targets those skills.
