Nordeus must FIX this thing that often absent managers are not penalized.

1st match was a troll, 119 vs 146/148% ´
no manager, vs 10, from a unique corner having defensive bonus + a penalty in the last minutes.
There's a problem of base and should be solved/re-calibrated.
Yes; there are two BIG problems in my opinion.

1) often when a team remains in 10, it seems that the game becomes more difficult for the team in 11, expecially if manager of other team isn't present.
2) manager absent. The game engine should penalize absent manager; often I have bonus 15% for my friends, but it seems that it does not matter, it's irrilevant if opponent manager is absent. You can change tactic, orders, but there is no effect in the game.
These are old problems, but Nordeus isn't interested in this.

Use gym drill to improve his fitness and strength. Speed isn't an essential skill for a DC
