But how? When I click the link in the mail nothing happens. Where do I create a password? I'm not a nobby in this things so I don't think I missed anything

Ye.. as the dude say, you register an email and password, different for every channel... and then you should login directly... would be great if you can send a capture of the screen that appears when you click the link... cause people is joining and seems there are no problems, too the link is a permanent invitation so don't expires..
