I think you must send it the moment you buy it ? I have yet to buy an official emblem but I have gifted away official kit and it never fail to get delivered.

In order for you to be able to send it it must NOT be the official items. I think they are the only items you cannot send as gift.

So i think official club emblem cannot be send, well it actually make sense because all these club don't change their emblem whereas the Jersey are change every year.
