    what? Above 140 is very difficult? I have 18 yo RM, and have 140s average on importance skill yet he is only 6 and half stars... How can i help him to reach 7 stars? No wonder i keep training him today and got no skill added...

    Every player in my squad reached 140+ in his white attributes cant get more skills like before.
