Just get rid of WC groups! You can just put anyone into random groups. What a waste of a good thing. So that's why I ignored the second IC. The bots are weaker though, but still the worst human.

They are necessary to a small extent. I would be happy with a tournament filled with 30 humans (say 5 x 6 associations for fun) and 2 bots to make up the numbers. Those bots would need to be programmed fairly mind you and that is an issue.
