Servers down and can't make my formation team. Who's responsible for this?

All right 1st huge bug from Topeleven and a draw for my team.

Servers from topeleven are down 20 minutes before the begin of my game.

I've always my all team with a none formation sense and 5 minutes before the game star, I put the correct formation.

Because the servers are down, I can't see the game and I can't make my formation, and a game that I suppose to win easily, I just get a draw 1-1.

Now I ask, who's resposible for this situation? I spend 2 tokens do change the hour of the game and I got nothing with this.

Hope a answer from the admin of the forum ASAP.

Next time put some generic 4-4-2 or something in. What if there is some RL thing and you arent able to change it?

I always have my team like anyone can see in the picture down there. If the servers are down to make my formation, so THE GAME CAN'T BE STARTED, or not?

Server was down for like 5 mins - if that was 20 mins before your game you still had plenty of time to get it right.

casper is correct. server was down over 20 mins. I moved my match to 11.15. tried logging in at 11.14. couldn't get on till 11.40. luckily I won 3-2.....peeved I missed out on green and blue packs for not making subs etc tho.... wasted 2 tokens for no reason!

Thank You so much for your post. Now, they all can see that my talk it's all true.

I lost 2 tokens (for change the hour from the game), lost the 1st place and I've the 1st draw of the season, and I want that someone assume the responsability for this.

I do not spend at this time 1 or 2 euros in this game, the staff of Nordeus can check my account and see the waist of money I've done by a fail because of them.

Still waiting for a reasonable reply for someone of the staff, about all of this situation.

More than 20 minutes servers are down. I'm not crazy and I know what I'm talking about, ok?

I try to access to the game at 23:15 and just can login at 23:34, make the math...

not meaning to be insulting but that is daft formation, not knowing what level your at but even those those that have been here long enough won`t fall for that, the way i do it is put second team / legal formation on then change 5mins before, that way if site does goes down then i`m covered by not conceding possession as much

YES I SAW IT, that`s why i said it`s daft in case something like tonite happens, at least i know my b plan is in place and if all good go to A team
