Servers down and can't make my formation team. Who's responsible for this?

not meaning to be insulting but that is daft formation, not knowing what level your at but even those those that have been here long enough won`t fall for that, the way i do it is put second team / legal formation on then change 5mins before, that way if site does goes down then i`m covered by not conceding possession as much

Did You read my previous posts? Here's the answer for the daft formation.

I've always my all team with a none formation sense and 5 minutes before the game star, I put the correct formation.

YES I SAW IT, that`s why i said it`s daft in case something like tonite happens, at least i know my b plan is in place and if all good go to A team
