the way see it, it does not matter what level or stars they have it`s the quality of team, for example they could be 3 level above and you see 9* team and your team 6* but they their team could be 70 quality the same as yours, so it will come down to formation and tactics
I looked at the teams in Champions League final 16. So, I'm level 21. There are teams with level 25, 24, 23, and the weakest is level 22. Must be kidding.
level 27 league here and my league has a level 36 team a level 33 team a level 32 team 4 level 29 teams and 2 level 28 teams fair enought no ?
When this type of thing happens to my team and we end up playing teams 3 or 4 levels higher, I could see myself setup Illegal Formation and Players playing OOP for a season or 2 and I will take a holiday from the game since you don't get a chance of a holiday since we play games everyday.

i have no chance that level 36 team is 9 levels above what it was supposed to be its a level 27 league he wins all 26 games at least he did win all games last season no one can beat him he wins all trophies there are available if there were more thropies he would win those also
his team avarage is 169.4 wen it shuld be 155 or 156 max to be fair
all his players have 7 stars remember there is a cap on the level of the players you can buy according to your manager level and he can buy much better players then everyone else in my league
