How to restart game from the beginning?

hi. i wanna restart game from the beginning. to again choose name, logo and similar things. even if i remove application, when i wanna enter again, it start where i stopped before.

I always say, either level the game for more than 3 months so your team gets deleted or if you want to do it straight away just create a new facebook account.
