Offering to buy level 4 players

I´ve made an offer to buy a player form a level 4 team, the bid i made is more than hes worth but not more than the other player biddin 2 buy him, i keep raising my offer but still offer is too low, it doesnt say wat hes offered, so im usin too many tokens, can any1 advise me on how i shud go about this orrering malarkey without using too many toakens and gettin nobody.

The other guys bid is still higher than yours. That's why it's still showing you on the 2nd place.
If you don't win the Player by negotiation you will get your tokens back.

Ok, but why doesnt it show his offer so i can go higher than that, as i sed the offer i hav made is far more than the player is actually worth, so his offer must b stupid, and i placed my 1st offer which i think was 8 tokens, which they sed i wud get bak, but then ive spent maybe another 10 creeping my offer up and gettin nowhere, will i get them back aswell do u think.

-when the 24 hours pass and you don't have your offer up for that player
-when the manager declienes your offer
-when the manager sells it to someone else

then you'll get your tokens back you bid for that player.
