The token academy player is a guaranteed fast trainer and usually they perform well. If a manager doesn't mind training from below, it's usually a good investment.

Positionally, the youth players given are frustrating.
3 out of my last 4 have been goalkeepers when, each time, I have had 3 goalkeepers in my squad.

80% young players exists: My goalkepper. 27 years old now. 9 seasons. 450 games. Every season started with 100% and finished with 120%. A legend player who saved a lot of goals.
My Dr/Dc 24 years old. 290 games. Every season finished with 120%. Defend and attack, another team legend.
The point? Appeared when season started and have green packs to improve them.

Guys i had my first youth offer and i have got 18 years old fast trainey CM with 5 stars 80%. I was really lucky and for 14 tokens i spend on him like 100 green packs and he is now 103% very good. I´m going to make 120% to be for next season 100% and train him again I believe that in next 22 days draft from academy i will get **** but with this one I´m super happy
