Why is the academy such a joke ?

I’ve upgraded my academy to lvl 10, hoping it would be a nice little boost of fresh youth players to the squad.... but this ? Seriously ? This is some utter trash, I though they would be at least... of some use but get this guys! I got an amazing 24% 2* goalkeeper for free and just for a measly 8 tokens, I could also snatch up a hot prospect of 3*.... MY TEAM’S AVERAGE IS 106% xD k didn’t even know that getting players like 4* below your current team was possible... the youth academy seems useless now one of the driving forces behind clubs nowadays, not here though

Increasing academy level only reduces days. No affect on quality of players received which yes is disappointing I agree.

yes its bul**** and so many managers complained about this in the last five years but the devs ignore all complains and give them a middle finger

Yeah man, i agree.
For example, i use a young players/these who ask to pay, just cancel/ for training a long time and wait offer from someone. That's it.
