Check the ratings for each match. Was the 2nd game the only one when he won man of the match?
Because if it was, then I think he was earning skills the same random way that players do when playing a match for the other games, and that includes gaining for grey skills.
I think (and I could be wrong) that the man of the match only awards 4% to white skills.
No, in all the games he was the motm. The extra 4% skills are random.
Maybe more possible to get white but some grey too.
You can get grey or white skills in a friendly match, but if the player is MOMT generally (95%) get the 4% improve in a white skills.
And players can be 0 condition in start of game. You can play many friendlies without spend greens and your MoM will grow 4 percentages only in white atributes. Wisdom of Nordeus. They must feel very stupid after destroying of training system.
Exactly, this is the point, that they've destroyed the training system telling us bs that they've done this to be fair for all.
Now, i don't care if someone is saying that it's harder using up selling or it's easier using friendlies to create "mutants or semi mutants" or whatever they call them-there is the same sh*** like before the new training system was implemented.
The only thing is dead is the training system.
So obvious that Nordeus has given up on fixing or improving things, instead they seem to be focused on new things to screw up.
ok, here is the answer
We 're talking about a manager with many accounts.
His team A buying a 3* 18 y.o. player, 40%.
Making him 7* player - 120% only with friendlies.
He is playing with 0% condition so gaining only from 4% white skills from motm.
One star (20%) needs 75 games so totally 300 games.
You can play a game every 15 min so can arrange about 60 (?) ped day, so about 5 days.
You play those games in auto, against google teams you create, put them in some asso group so you don't bother other friend-managers too :p
You can arrange only 3 friendlies vs a friend per day so count how many google teams must create
Our player now still has some grey skills but team B (another "factory" team), 4 levels above team A, buying him with 0 tokens (only 10 tokens for nordeus nego tax).
Doing the same as team A and making him from 3*-60% > 7*-120% and up-selling him to another "factory" team, C (4 levels above).
C doing the same, up-selling him to the main team.
I think if 3 "factory" teams doing that , it's enough to reduce his grey skills to 1%.
The main team can keep playing friendlies and increase more his white skills.
The only thing must do is
- not to use him in official games (only asso games)
- not to train him with grey skills drills
Usually those teams staying season and play only for asso- platinum- top100.
All this procedure above, is for free (without spending money-tokens), without watching those friendlies, only arrange them and fixing the daily program of the teams.
Why nordeus promotes this free of charge creation of mutants ?
(some managers must remember that before some months, the motm wasn't earning those 4 % skills).
Maybe it's some kind of compensation for those, the hard-core players who lost the GK training ?
Don't know.
In other words, cheat. No, more accurately “game the system.” Too bad I have a life or maybe I would do all of that.
Thanks for sharing this Nik (I understand that you didn't want to)
I made some wrong calculations but from your post got it how it works.
So, a 18 y.o. cannot have 1% grey skills unless from some upselling.
That's what I thought from the beginning.
The scenario is that - let's say for example - a player with 1% grey skills and 200% white skills has avg q 100%.
This team probably will play vs another team with about the same q because that's the way the draws are working in T11.
But our player with 200% or more in white skills is recognized as a high class player from the game mechanics, more than a 8* so dominates in the game vs players with more balance skills.
The other scenario is that the game mechanics have some kind of malfunction when calculate games-teams-players with top skill numbers, giving them enormous advantage.
Some prefer to call those players "well trained" instead of mutants but it's not that logic .
The first mutants had 1500% in Fitness, Speed or Strength only.
How can a defender dominates the game with only 1500% Fitness but 1% in tackling and marking
I saw an opponent, lvl 6, start playing since february, last season this team won treble, so definitely not a tanker...
His team gas average of 150%,
What i cant figure out is his defense, he manage to have a keeper and all defender with almost legendary skill...
Even with friendlies bugs, u cant do that... There is no way to keep ur defender anx keeper winning the motm so often...
And these players have played more than 80 - 100 games, so definitely not from IC either...
Can anyone guess how?
It is possible if you put the Defender at the ML / AML / MR / AMR positions.
I’m going to try GK at that position too.
What you do is to use your 5* (or more) favorite player together with some simple 3*-4* players of your team (which you bought for that reason, for 1-2 tokens) vs very weak teams (or reserve accounts with illegal positions) and set him as F-K, C-K and penalties taker.
If you dominate the game, your player will have the chance to score or give assist and win the motm title.
If oppo GK or defenders are weak or playing oop, even your DC will be able to score.
Nick,
I cannot see how he is using a 3 star 40 percent player in friendly games ...he will not win MOM in every game, even against very low opposition unless maybe the other 10 players in the team are 20 percent ?
I would suggest green packs and not friendly games.
maybe not in every game but if he 's taking the F-K, C-K and penalties and dominates the games, is very possible to win 4/5 motm titles (vs opponents/second accounts with much lower q and oop).
ofc we 're talking about very few hardcore players only.Quote:

I have one, cannot reveal his name cause he 's known but I guess he must arrange not less than 60 games per day.
Every time I check my friend's games, he has a match - lol
* also usually those managers promote the AML,AMC,AMR,ST players for that, so if using 2 of them in a friendly game, have more chances one of them to get the motm.
I cant see putting ur GK or defender as attacker will help...
I cant even make my MC in attacking position to win motm so often even pairing with 2-3 stars player..
After checking the grey skills, i can be sure he is using personal trainer... He is a massive cash user... His logo and jersey are expensive home and away...
Case close...
Friendlies is the theme today

Me none, some of my friends, 50 or more :o
The most stupid thing about this is, you are at a serious disadvantage when not doing friendlys every day / every night.
One team from my league did everyday friendlys all the time in the last 2 weeks of the past season and he went up from 120% (like me) to about 145% finishing the season.
How am I supposed to reach that when not playing friendlys myself? I started 2 days ago... Its so stupid, but I have no chance when I want to be competitive.
last season I went from 70 something % to 110 at the seasons end, I didn't play 1 friendly, thing is you can play matches you can play friendlies you can train, but you cant do all of them all the time, so friendlies may be a thing for improving and manipulating the improvement of 1 player, but not necessarily the best way of improving a whole team
that wasn't my point, if you put a player in a position to get motm you are manipulating that player, or at the same time you could be training and increasing more of the team and probably for less condition loss, you can only be doing 1 at a time, so for increasing the whole team doesn't seem like friendlies are they best way to do it unless you have green packs to burn or want to spend real money
When your players reach a certain age (22?) their improvement through training declines. With the changes to training 2/3 months ago it is now more beneficial to spend rest packs to recover these players after a dozen friendlies than try to train them using the same amount of rest packs.
Can't be bothered myself, but it works/ is working.
I'm guessing with a 28 man squad ppl are using 10 cannon fodder 1 token or youth signings mixed with 1 attacker who they want to super enhance or an older poor trainer. The 10 cannon fodder players can play with 0% and be half dead with the aim being to enhance the 1 attacking player who is likely a striker or winger or at least playing in the spots. Play enough games and some moms will stick. Only need 2 green up 1 player. And if ppl attend a few they get a rest pack anyway. That's my guess. And they likely have a ton of reds stored anyway before you say about injuries lol

The expense is the 6 rest packs a player needs before a competition game.....
Otherwise he runs all day on nothing
most of the people don't get it huh ?
That's hopeful :o
