Lots of power training and friendlies I’m guessing.
Because Nordeus done nothing about the up selling of players in their half arsed attempt to stop Mutant players.
Yes upselling and friendlies. You have to question why nordeus implemented changes which appear to have damaged genuine players more than exploiters. Incompetence or deliberate? By having high powered exploiters many genuine managers choose to watch videos every day or spend to keep up? Might as well use draw manipulation to counter that and +1 draws. My 2 fingers to the system.

Wow i thought that the "mutants" are dead .
3 months ago,when the training system was changed, Jeeves was boasting that the up selling is dead too and this was the main reason they've implemented the new training system,to tackle the cheats.
Unfortunately he left the forum(maybe he had enough being forced by nordeus to tell all this lies)

TE should stop upselling to fix this ridiculous bug immediately. Currently most of the top 100 association teams use this bug to “win” the match. It makes association game meaningless and TE stupid. I can endure that TE needs to earn more money to sell more tokens which can train player in a special way, but cannot endure the stupid upselling bug.
why lie? the production of mutants became at least twice as expensive (green rests) and by the time became many times greater. And what you did in a few minutes is a bad player.

I think that now it makes no sense to close upseling - players even at a difference of 12-14 levels do not reach all the skills of 340 and have a rating of about 140-160%. (in their right mind no one will do all the players in a team with this rating) but thousands of friendly matches must be closed.

They let the upselling on purpose.
Top100 is a big business.
A manager there, can make 50-100 accounts, farming vids or even buy tokens.
Some of the top100 want to sell their groups but some other paying money to keep them there.
some managers specifically buy players - a little training, add special ability and sell for tokens, it seems to me not very sensible idea to completely delete the negotiations between the levels ((this is one option including buying a good player not drawn in the bowels of the game nordeus)). Once again - now upselling itself does not matter!
it is much more dangerous to be able to train a player above 180% - as such opportunities prevent managers from playing normally (when you are assigned dozens of friendly matches in one day without your knowledge). And it works for any managers - friendly matches allow to train the player even better than through upselling
Easy fix for friendly problem. Make friendlies like asso games. No condition loss and no skill gains. No packs either. Just there for fun and trying out tactics.

That was not done through countless friendly games and as you have said upselling is not a problem anymore ?

Creating mutants with upselling is one thing
(@Ποσιδονας made a good and simple suggestion to stop this - we need more active negotiations but without abusing).
Friendlies is another story.
With friendlies you cannot create or keep mutants as the gaining skills are random and gonna spoil the 340%-1% balance.
you are in vain to share, with friendlies you can make a mutant in the style of the old system of training, and there are no restrictions either on the values of skills nor on the overall rating of the player. the only drawback is the number of matches.
at the moment upselling is not a strong advantage - most crying about this from managers who do not really train their teams but only buy by offers or at an auction and expect that such players will suddenly give them the opportunity to take win. but the number of such people with cunning assholes is just off scale.
ps just run around with their complaints that nordeus again something "fix" only again the problems will get all active managers

- after the last update about training and skills, white and grey skills don't have any difference in gaining

I agree with what Lalexrus says.
Upselling bypassed the limiting factor of the slowing down of a players growth rate as they age. Non-upsellers could still build a 340%/1% mutant (for 6* range quality), the player would just be 30 years old by the time they reached those skills, a very expensive process.
With friendly, age no longer matters.

Ok I think I get it.
What @lalexrus says is correct. - any team can create a 340/1% "mutant" by the age of 22 simply by buying an 18 year old, levelling up for 4 seasons and playing hundreds (if not thousands) of frendlies every season.
The player at the start of this thread has been upsold by at least 4 levels to reduce grey skills to 1%, and then probably won hundreds of man of the match awards through frendlies to push white skills so high. Although possible to have power trained to achieve this, it's unlikely because of the high cost in rest packs thanks to the new training regulations.
The player posted by Bunzo will, without the use of frendlies be too expensive in rest packs to train to this level of skill imbalance.
So in summary I imagine the teams at the top of the associations rankings are all now playing thousands of frendlies every season. And once the 340/1% has been achieved repetitive tanking will keep the player good to go until he retires (12?) more seasons. So no change in the top 100 then.
The thing is, we can all do it. 4 seasons to generate a "mutant" player and then (even levelling up) keep him there with frendlies. For free!
why only top-100? Do you seriously think that all top-1 or top2 or top-3 managers play thousands of friendly matches? why they need it now - they in general it is enough to use tanking and prepare resources (green rests) for the training new generation - and at this point I think that the friendly matches will finally be closed (and at the same time as a useless opportunity - tanking). buy 18 years old 3 * and train it only in 20-21 years or buy 18 years 3 * train it up to 99% affecting only light skills and sell it three levels higher. and still in the end you will not have all the gray skills in 1% after you have train the player - or you need a level difference of 30 (or higher - don’t count). but in general, the amount of resources and time in this case is too big to do this

Well, I wrote - train the player through friendlies not at 18 years old and at 20-21 - quite a mutant will come out and even better than just through upselling. Yes, of course - you can use upselling+friendly then the effect will be better. But for me it's a disease in the 10th degree - for the sake of top100 in one of the games ....
PS upselling live, but no more mutants with 340/1 (if only upselling use), no more mutants w 1 in all gray skills (or need > levels), in some cases no upselling will help (as an example - a goalkeeper - two skills can not train more than 160-180)
You can improve white skills until 140%-160% with rests and smart choices of trainings.
After that with 20-30 friendlies per day you can get other 100% skills point on whites. In a week or two you have a mutant.
Be sure that there are people that does 20-30 friendlies.
After that season by season you need few friendlies to keep it as mutant.
I don't do it as I prefer to have a life instead of making tons of friendlies......
