Penalty "five"shoot-out?

It's me or the penalty shoot-out consists on 5 shots only? I remember 6 or 7 shoots but now... A predetermined result? I can't only select 5 shooters so...

After that it is sudden death just like the real game

I know it. But years before there was 6 or 7 or 8 shoots. Now I don't see more than 5. So it's predetermined and minor surprise. Despite that there a lot of penalties failed.

it's crazy how many penalties get missed especially by so called specialists
