Maybe a bad account? I suspect not all accounts are created same and have every chance variable set same in this game. Some things are unfair just like in life. I consider my first account as one that was bad or given poor chance or variables. I was able to win much more with much less spending with another account than my first and main account (which of course has never been reactivated since years).

no, I don't think there is such a case.
All you want to do for winning a treble is to lower a little your quality.
I don't mean to sell all the team and start with 3* players, just begin with 80% and face same lv managers of 90-100%.
