How good can I expect my youth players to be?

Thanks for the help - is it likely he'll be close to 5* or just an average 4* player?

I'm not sure, maybe it varies I don't really remember all the players I got from my youth academy but the last one was 4 points away from 5*. some people also checked this and the player should train really fast so take that into consideration.
