How to add 1 star teams?

You need very low teams to play levels 1,2,3 and 4
But to benefit from friendly games you need to do 40 /60 games per day

Alright pal don't shut me down lol. I only want to play a few a day just so I can get some attributes up on my one player. I know how to add people FYI but what I don't know is if there is a way I can search for a club and add them that way so please don't just assume. Because I can do the same and assume you're a wannabe philosopher when in reality you might actually be smart. Thanks Nik.
