How to add 1 star teams?

Look at the supporters of other games that your friends are playing and send a request to those supporters that are below your Level.

Yeah I was thinking of doing this but everyone seems to be my level or one above me. Could I add people through the transfer market possibly?

in -4 levels you see the 80%s of these levels as 1% ....

Ok so I should be looking to add people at lvl 6/7 really? I saw a video of some lvl 40 something guy playing friendlies against lvl 10's etc so thought it would be possible to play lvl 1/2/3's.
